Kathmandu, Nepal – Feb 03, 2021 – Kindness is never enough. Kindness has the power to heal everything. After a fair and unbiased selection process, the finalists were selected from 1.6 million contenders from all over the world irrespective of their geography, race, colour or nationality.

Nepal, to its credit, stands tall among other countries since the country is listed twice as being in ‘Top of the Top-10’, because of Pushpa Basnet, the eminent humanitarian and Maggie Doyne, the Founder of the BlinkNow Foundation.

The top triarchy of the 10 decisive ‘Personages of Decade’ announced officially by the 1st Bi-Decadal Impact Gazette© of the 21st Century has been marked and segmented by  Stephen Soldz, Bilquis Edhi and Yanghee Lee.

Stephen Soldz, Yanghee Lee, and Bilquis Edhi are awarded the ‘Decade’s Top Triarchy’ title for their remarkable contributions and unparalleled impacts on the course of the first two decades of the new century, and the new millennium as well.

The other Top 10 achievers in the list who have not topped the list, but their work has definitely left an impact on the world.

Stephen Soldz, is an avant-garde ‘anti-inhumane torture activist’ a supercharged  ethico-moralist, psychoanalyst, professor, and clinical psychologist. He is also the director of the Social Justice and Human Rights program at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis

Bilquis Edhi is a Pakistani philanthropist and a nurse. She is fondly known as ‘the mother of Pakistan’. Her charity runs many services for the welfare of people in Pakistan. She has been awarded Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service and Mother Teresa Memorial International Award for Social Justice.

Prof. Yanghee Lee is an unsurpassed human rights rapporteur of the UN. She is a South Korean developmental psychologist and popular for her role in raising voice for Rohingyas in Burma, and other contributions to international human rights isssues.

The voting was done by www.impacthallmarks.org in different sections and categories, which were based upon 20 themes and their corresponding impact values that were categorized by the “Bi-Decadal Impacts Gazette©” and the ‘Impact Hallmarks© [IH]’ that are chronicling the categorical enlistees of 1st of the 21st Century Gazette in London, UK.

The shortlisting process emphasizes certain personalities, objects, contributions, happenings, resolutions, movements, and events. Finalists got the chance to describe their own stories and achievements.
